Crew Support Services
We offer a suite of crew support services including scheduling of crew, maintaining personal records, monitoring leave, Visa application, booking and organising flights to and from vessels, hotels and transfers required by crew and marine management, and Certificate renewals. We also identify training needs and arrange courses and assessments at our partner training establishments.
Officer Cadet Programme
BVO will support you to train and develop your own officers through our flagship cadetship programme. Our programme includes government-approved deck, engine and electro-technical officer cadets who are rigorously selected and onboarded for ship sailing the around the world.

A reputable container shipping company urgently needs to services of experienced ETOs. The ETOs will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the electrical and electronic equipment onboard the ship.
- Ensuring that maintenance schedules are planned and followed closely.
- Troubleshooting any problems with the equipment or systems under their care.
- Diagnosing faults and potential problems and repair where necessary.
- Assisting the Chief Engineer and other members of the department with tasks as delegated.
- Coordinating with technicians onshore when needed
Requirements
- At least one year in rank exeprience with all valid training and administration certificates
- experience in Reefer containers is an added advantage

1. Must posses master mariner license
2. Must be less than 50 years by the end of February 2023.
3.Must have Tanker experience for not less than 2yrs.
4. Must possess good working relationship
